"I got switched to this office after my old agent retired, and I was honestly thinking about leaving. But Cassious English was so kind, knowledgeable, and patient that he completely changed my mind. "I clearly paid the bill, why do you say that you received it and canceled me for non payment, I even have a confirmation for payment. way to go state farm
I did hear back from State Farm asking me to change my 1 star, also contacted my bank, it never went through, so something happened on State Farm end. I should be thanking Josh at State Farm for trying to say it was my fault and canceling me, I found the same insurance for half the price."
